A hugely respected entity amongst both new blood and true veterans of the scene, ANTS have built a solid reputation based upon their colony of credible bookings, as well as their all-star residents cast. Taking residence at one of the island’s most premier venues Ushuaïa, ANTS has become one of the most popular underground events on the island. Having taken the brand worldwide with stages at Miami Music Week, Sankeys Manchester, Extrema XO (Belgium) plus a confirmed stage at this year’s Creamfields, ANTS will be returning to their original nest starting from 6th June with help from an extraordinary selection of feature artists and high profile residents.
With a career spanning two decades, Matthias Tanzmann is a name that time and time again has proven itself to be synonymous with deep and tech house. A true lynchpin of the scene, the German DJ and producer has redefined electronic music multiple times with both his own creations and the music released on his now-legendary Moon Harbour label. His set at the ANTS opening event will encapsulate his time at the pinnacle of dance music, as well as giving revellers a glimpse of what’s to come.
Taking residence alongside Tanzmann will be Spanish producer UNER. The Cadenza stalwart and electronic music aficionado will be pushing his very own brand of personal percussive house music for a very special performance in his home country.
Joining them will be ANTS resident-in-chief Andrea Oliva, Madrid based deep and tech party-starting duo Los Suruba, and Swiss techno titan Deetron. Completing the line up will be versatile groove specialist Tapesh and deep house Moon Harbour regulars Luna City Express.
